Refund Policy

Introduction

You are entitled to a right of return as set out below.

Right to Return

You have the right to return this order within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The return period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last item in your order.

To exercise your right to return, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the return form below, although it is not obligatory.

To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your return before the return period has expired.

Effects of a Return

If you return your order within the eligible period, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your return. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

You must send back the item(s), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your return, to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Notes

  1. Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to protect against transport damage.
  2. Please do not send items back to us with shipping costs unpaid (freight collect).
  3. Please note that points 1–2 above are not a precondition for the effective exercise of your right to return.
